hi, i get injections frommy doctor. it seems to help but ive went for such a long time i think im getting immune to the injections(which by the way , dont hurt)they use such a small needle that its very hard to feel. ive went to tanners but tanning really isnt too good for your skin either.ive had psoriasis since i was 13 and im 60 % covered. sure makes it hard to wear shorts or t shirts.
