Hi Toby. I also have General Dystonia. my Dystonia started in my late 40"s My Dystonia is in my Right Leg not much pain I do have a gait problem, and falling e. Iam now having pain in my left leg ouch I had x-rays to see if it a pinch nerve none of that showed up taking Mirpax, and artane at present. I was on sinmet, baclfoen, reuqip. nothing helped. Mirpax did wonders for me. but with my luck I had to get of it cause I fell asleep behind the wheel twice and thats one of the side affects of that drug. Yes Iam back on it but it seems by body is rejected it.Iam now ging to see a Orthop. Hopefully we can shed some light on this. My gut feeling is that the Dystonia is spreading. Toby did you have a PET Scan done???
