not much you can do for a child who is gonna be born with down syndrome. my sister just had a baby in sept and he was born with ds. he is the most adorable little fellow you ever did see. dont try to change your grandbaby (that is on the way)he is a given gift from the lord. see ...god picks special people for babies with ds. just remember that! your grandbaby will be no different from your other grandbabies! my mom only has one grandchild with ds, and we have accepted it. we know that he was given to us to learn to love and be patient. you will be so proud grammy when your grandchild arrives! just remember it could be worse, and the lord jesus has given you the baby as a gift. do you want to change the gift that god has given you? steph
