having problems with infection in the sinus.cant seem to clear it up.problems are light headed dizzyness and diffcult to concentrate on tasks at hand.currently on low salt diet and no caffeeine diet (which includes no coffee tea or soft drinks of any kind.Ihave been on this diet for a month but had these problems for two years.Also quit smoking have been smoke free for 1year and a half.Looking for any more info on this problem.ps also taking nasonex fo the last year. tks for reading devin
