I am sorry to hear about your clotting condition. I had a DVT about four months ago, so I understand your concern. My internist recommended a hematologist whom conducted all sorts of genetic tests. If you want, you can E mail me and I will tell you exactly what tests he ran. My doctor believes that my condition is genetic but that science has not advanced enough to help me.
