I too had a diagnosis of cervical dysplasia at your age and found that they had read my pap smear wrong. I had another one done to make sure and it was fine. My suggestion would be to have another pap smear done and if it is cervical dysplasia, early treatment is by all means the best precaution. This doesn't necessarily mean that you will someday end up with cervical cancer but only that you should be monitored for any changes.
