I loved your letter to Wendy. I have just recently been diagnosed with what they thought was dysplasia but they are not sure anymore. Yesterday I had 6 biopsys done without freezing or anything, it was so terrible I almost passed out. I was told that I would be getting laser surgery as an out patient but after seeing my cervix through a colposcope he said that it is too extensive and I would have to be put to sleep. My previous tests showed abnormal cells. I don't know what to think. I'm 34 and have 2 children. I am divorced and finally got my life where i want it after 11 years. I don't want know how to deal with this. I stayed home from work today just to have a day to rest. It realy helped.
