Well, I have had 4 sinus surgeries in all...over the last 15 years. I've been on allergy shots, had accupuncture, eliminated foods, tried all sorts of meds....and I'm sorry to say...still have occasional sinus infections!!! However, I irrigate my sinuses with saline/white vinegar/water (as strong as I can stand it) to kill any bacterial or fungal infections when I first begin to feel ill(I never know which it really is). That seems to have the best effect of anything I've tried lately. Now, I only resort to antibiotics at last resort. The other thing that helped me recently was the use of grapefruit seed extract as a daily supplement. After all I've been through, I'm willing to give anything a try!!!
