I had my breast of in July of last year. I was in over night and it was a little painful to use the arm for a couple of weeks.I am 52 with hepatias and chose not to reconstruct my breast.The less surgery the better. I have a foam fill tha looks very natural.The scar is across low enough you can wear low tops. I am on meds for a year so far so good. Good luck t you. It sounds worse than it is.
