I also have H.S., and suffer from really bad scarring, and I, too, would like to know what would help reduce it. This is, by far, the most embarrassing disease I have ever come across and hardly anyone knows anything about it. In fact, my last dermatologist told me to "learn to live with it"! I've never heard about receiving a disability for this, I'd rather just be cured. Sorry I can't help you, just know that somebody else cares about what you're going through...Good luck!
