about 1 year ago my daughter,shelbey, was diagnost with aplastic anemia. She has had her ups and downs, but most recently she has been down, she has numerous bruises, and fatigue,and also suffering from infections. Her oncologist/hemotologist is wonderful, but he believes it is now time to do a bone marrow transplant. My daughter is only 3 years old and despite the fact that I believe this probably would be best for her I cant help but feel frightened by all this and I wonder if we are just not giving enough time for her medications to help (they just started her approxiamatly 2 months ago on ALG and cyclosporine) Im just looking for someone who may have went this far and there opion on this, any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
