Dear Joan: We live in Jackson, Mississippi. My wife has had PSP since November 1998 and is confined to a nursing home. She is 77 and I am 81 and there is no way that i could give her the care that she needs at home. We have been married 61 years and have 3 daughters that have families of their own. I don't think that she will ever be able to come home. Feel free to email me, if you would like to talk. We have just formed a support group, which is a first for the State of Mississippi.
