I am unsure if this is what i have. been diagnoised with lupus and fibromlgia for 6 years. addional symtoms are appearing and worsening so would like to speak with someone about this. I have severe weakness all over. pains from head to toe, headaches badly,pains in my joints, chest, neck, throat. Can not do much each day as very limited to what i do. can't work and starting to weaken more and more. Can not think clear and get very mixed up at times. alot of other symtoms too.
