I was dignoiced with dry eyes and told that my tear ducks quit working properly. The best thing is artificial tears. Just pick them up from the drug store. It really helps. Not the store brand. Its a little more expensive but it seems to help out and the doctor said that the generic brand doesn't work as well. I found that to be true. Good Luck. Carolyn
