I forgot to mention that Insulin Resistance is another strong connection between PCOS and Cushings. The adrenals and Pancreas, and insulin production/resistance, are part of the endocrine system's chain reactions that overlap problementally in both syndromes. Aside from the ovarian tumor-factor,and imbalances in hormonal secretions caused by them. (We tend to forget that ovaries do more than just pop eggs.) It's very likely that most women with PCOS have Cushings to some degree.
