I would say yes yu can give it to him. Even though you don't have any problems with paps or warts now the virus is still there. The virus can shed (just like your dead skin shedding off) and can still infect others that come into contact. My experience with it is I knew I had warts but never had any break outs. All of my paps came back normal. It was like I had nothing. Unfortunately, I gave them to my boyfriend and he had to have them removed. I still haven't had any problems myself. I'm still trying to understand the nature of these warts.
