Hi,I feel exactly like your friend, I was taking Celexa for a while, and during that time, I felt the medication was helpful, it gave more patience with my kids, my responses to odd situations seemed to be more decent, I was like more in peace, calm and relaxed, but I started to experience insomnia, finally after 6 months I just stopped taking it, my mood swings are worst, my husband is tired of this, talking w/my doctor seems like the dosis has nothing to do, is just that antidepressants run out of effect after a while, he gave me another kind that will help me with sleep, but there is nothing my husband can do to help, just to wait to see the effects of this new kind, sometimes I feel this depression is eating myself, I can't control it, people like me are aware of the damage our behavior cause to our loved ones, and is sad, but is like the diabetes, just try to control it every day, don't let the disease to win, and take it day by day.
