I just had a surgical biopsy on a mass over my left and right lungs. It is a lymphoma and my surgeon said that it is a hodgekins lymphoma. He also said that if you were to have cancer, this is the best one to have. That there is a 90+ percent cure rate. I am encouraged by this and I have no symptoms. I am very ignorant about the disease however. I begin chemo in a week or two. I need information. If anyone with more knowledge can share with me what I might expect, I would appreciate it.
