You have every right to be scared and concerned. Your girlfriend will most definitely damage other organs in her body. Denial is the first sign, stress is not a sickness in and of itself it can be a symptom of another problem. Until she deals with it, she better be putting some good nutrients in her system while her emzymes can still regulate and use them.
