Hi, my husband is a hepatitis b carrier since birth because his mother is a carrier. Last year, the doctor checked an anormal level of liver enzyme. Since then, he has been on the drug therapy, heptivor. Now his enzyme level returns to normal and he is doing really fine without any sideeffect. He will be off the drug this month and will be totally clear of the virus. What I know is this is a powerful new drug now commonly used in both Asia and the states. By the way, I am from Canada.
