Hi I sympathize with you..I have had sinus since I was 12 years old. I also have dogs and cats and will not give them up for any reason. One thing I have found helpful for sinus problems is to snuff warm salt water up each nostril once or twice a day during all the sinus season [year round would help too] but my sinuses are much worse from September to March. Email if you don't know how to try it..sounds awful but it works..my grandmother was a nurse and that is where I learned it.
