Like all of you i also have pmr.If i really think back i must have it for many more yrs than i thought. Been treated for 3yrs the prednisone, helped than had to go back on. It plays havoc with my mind, I am nasty think not good thougths and always on a upper sleep very little so my rheumatologist gave me zanaz to sleep it helps somewhat. Anyone out there that has these things i would like to hear from you. My Rheumatologist is wonderful she tries to help, and understands. Sending me for P.T. hopes that will ease the pain.
