Sheri, I should mention that you might be having what my kids refer to as a "flare up" and that the extreme pain will diminish (with the right anti=inflam and pain meds). Hold on to that thought. Get as much info as you can find. There was a great AS forum in digest form where all of the postings came to you in email form, but they moved to a new site and I didn't seem to be included in the move...and now I cannot find them again. There were a lot of informative and helpful people there, so I will try to let you know if I come across them again. Ventura County Susan
