2 and 1/2 years ago I was in a right front to rear car crash, although not a major crash it caused 1 year of weekly treatment of injections and therapy. My doctor moved away and no other doctor will treat me due to the "at fault" person's insurance co. denying payment. I am not able to work due to weakness and pain in the mid back, left neck and sholder. I also had an injury to the parritoid gland. Any suggestions on how to cope with the pain, and live a near normal life with my two children(9 & 7.) Any suggestions appreciated.
