I am a 20 year old university student and I have recently )in the last week) been told that Meeniere's is a condition which I likely have (just got tests done after Halloween). It is a very scarey thing, especially for children/young adults. I have to be careful when I do a lot of certain things because I have been known to lose my hearing, get dizzy, and faint when ever and where ever it comes on. I would like to know how you found it in you son. I have been suffereing from "migraines" since I was 11 - but, now they're linking the two together and I am wishing I knew sooner because it is hard to deal with when you're on your own as a univeristy student. What made you get tests done? I want to be abl;e to catch it in my children, if and when they come along.
