For menopause I have been using the testosterone and a progesterone creme and noticed a more sensual feeling a bit more energy (but not the estrogen because there is breast cancer in my family) There is a side affect I think but I dont know if it is from the testosterone or because I am not taking the estrogen with it but orgasms are nothing now, no more than a slight cramp.
