after 12 weeks of gestation , the risk for anomalies secondary to chicken pox is very low even none. However during the first 3 months of pregnancy skin anomalies , limb anomalies and CNS anomalies might occur. If you are very anxious u can ask for injection of immunoglobulin against chicken pox ( varicella immunoglobulin) which is safe during pregnancy.
