A very close relative of mine was diagnosed with dystonia about 15 years ago, for lack of being able to call it anything else. When he stands up his body goes into literally an L shape, and his head is parallel with his waist. He is in tremendous pain needless to say. The oddest thing about this is that when he walks backwards he can stand straight. He has been to over thirty doctors and no one can figure out what this is. They call it dystonia out of lack of anything else. Has anyone heard of anyone else like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Lynn
