I have been getting small, itchy bumps on my scalp, sometimes going away and then returning a few days afterward, especially after washing my hair. Some occasionally get a scab on them, but this may be from scratching. My husband said he recently started getting some itchy bumps also. Could this be follicolitis and it is contageous. What is the suggested treatment? Thanks, Pam
