I can't say for sure, but is it possible it's related to her cycle? I've noticed that about a day before the cycle there is sometimes a strong odor a bit like rotten meat. During the cycle for some women, it's more like whatever internal products are being used. If so, I would recommend 'Organika Active acidophilus with apple pectin'. The main advantage of this being that it can be carried in purse at room temperature. Also, herbal tea bags used internally are very helpful. Good luck!
