The treatment is called spray and stretch in our area. There is one problem with the florocarbon spray, it is illegal at least in Illinois. I have not been able to get it but instead use ice cubes rubbed on the muscles that you want to stretch. It is more a myofascial release. For me it works even better after you have exercized.
