I have the same request, my mum who is suffers from diverticulitis and I am trying to find a diet that really helps - she eats such a bland diet and avoids anything with pips, spicy food, and any veg which is likely to cause wind - but is she doing the right thing, I have yet to find any diet that really helps her - good luck with your search.
