I had 2 shots in my left foot of cortisone, 2 weeks apart, over the past month. Today, I had a shot into the nerve on the inner aspect of my ankle. Right now, it aches. I am wearing walking shoes (Reebock)just about all the time. All has helped. The pain on a scale of l0 is now a 5 (was a ten). These are the worst injections I have ever received.
