you are not alone at all. I have suffered with endo for about 6 years. I am so young that my dr. refused to do anything that might harm my body I am 22. I have tried all of the bells and whistles in the past. I was on all types of birth control and none helped. I had 2 laproscopies. Finally I agreed to take the Lupron shots that was the worst mistake i ever made. I have never been the same since. My body is all messed up, and they did not help. Last December I agreed to a hysterectomy and i got to keep one of my ovaries. I have never felt better since the operation. I don't know what your options are but it was a smart move for me.
