dyspraxia

I am 17 years old and have just been diagnosed with dypraxia myself and I have instantly recognised why I had problems while at school. I don't know much about the condition. What I have found out though, is that it is from the brain pressure the baby had at birth. Your child may not have many problems with reading or writing but it depends how serious the separate condition is. The problem with the brain is that there are two separate parts. With dyspraxia the pressure on the brain at birth slowed down the connections between each part making your child perhaps have problems with reading and writing. Yor child will be able to read and write but it takes a bit longer for the eye and brain connection to work. What you seem to be confused with is dyslexia which is a separate condition involving reading and writing.
