I had the normal Mono-like symptoms , only to the extreme, and my mind was seriously affected, IE: as though I had an advanced stage of Alzheimer's. My short term memory was shot (I couldn't recognize which key fit my front door lock or how to make copies on the copy machine at work. I sought medical and neurological help to no avail. It took several years before I was functioning and even still, I am not anywhere near 100%. I would like to know if anyone else was or is affected by EBV mentally to this extent.
