I have had hip Bursitis for several years now, im 48 had mri scans, cortisone injections, although the injection helped it only had relief for about 10 days. Im on Naproxen twice day, pain killers 4 times a day and muscle relaxes at night, but am still in pain. have had physio at local hospital but it aggrevated it more and cld hardly walk for 2 to 3 days after physio. I have recently had to give up work totally as cant be on feet for long period, sitting in one position for too long is also painful, only managing to walk abt 50 metres and dont know what else can be done. I really dont want to have to rely on ffamily to do shopping, ironing etc as i feel in my brain im too young too totally retire. Any comments would really be helpful.
