I am desperate for help.Have had progressively worse pain and debilitation since surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. Started with swelling in fingers of hand operated on and spread to other hand, then up arms, into legs, back, feet swollen, knees swollen, arthritic changes in both hands an wrists. Constant low grade fevers. Anemic on and off. Bleed spontaneously from all over. Put on large doses of narcotics, don't stop pain. Stopped narcotics, pain got worse, put back on. Can barely walk, wake up with headaches and feeling like a horse is sitting on my chest. Have been to rheumatologist, says I have Fibromyalgia. But it doesn't fit. Neurologist said I may be a sero negative person with auto immune disease. Can anyone help? Live in Phila, pa area.
