Lyme Disease is not so easy to diagnose and if it is not found early enough it is hard to get rid of. You might have co infections, or you may have something else - perhaps a homeopath might be worth a visit as well! I would not suggest you simply stay on the antibiotic without knowing if it is helping you! You may also look for other Doctors in your area who can demonstrate a good track record with Lyme disease.
