Can anyone advise me how not to lose wieght when on a yeast/sugar free diet. I eat only meat fish and vegetable, no potatoes or carrotts. Also eat salad and bio yogurt. In two weeks I lost 28ibs in wieght - which I could ill afford to loose. It has been a battle by eating lots of chocolate and carboydrates over the Christmas period to try and get some wieght back on. I am desperate to get rid of the yeast growth - BUT cannot start an elimination diet for the yeast growth without good advice on how to succeed without losing any weight.
