I am looking for anyone who can give some advice on how to improve TOS symptoms. I am a 23 year old male who plays University Basketball. I have had the problem since the age of 15 because of a car accident. I was wandering if anyone has a weightlifting program at all. I currently lift weights but only my legs and back, no arms, chest or the front of the body. If anyone has some advise it would be much appreciated. thank you.
