I have mid back pain daily. It is normally in my mid back towards right shoulder blade. But in the past couple weeks it seems to have also radiated to other areas. Not bad when I get up in the morning but as the day goes on...it worsens. This has been going on for 3-4 months. Went to chiropractor and no help. Now I have an acid taste in mouth and pain in stomach. But not burning just pain. Also, pain around rib area. I wonder if you can have back pain as your first ulcer symptom. I had an abdominal ultrasound and all is OK. No stones in GB but a few polyps. Gastro does not seemed concerned about polyps. I am having an endoscopy tomorrow. I hope this sheds some light to my back pain.
