Does anyone know if it's possible to have the Minimally Invasive Ragioguided Parathyroid surgery in Canada? Or what it could cost to go to the U. S. and have it? The other surgery, with the 3 to 5 hour time, under general anaesthetic, with the 3 to 8 inch or even longer incision and 2 to 3 week recovery time, sounds lousy. And with possible side effects like permanent damage to the voice! It seems pretty scarey to me.
