I was just told i have 3 bulging disk in my neck and have been sent to a spine doctor in a week .I have pain in my left arm and tingling and nunbness.I am in pain 24 hours but not extreme pain the kind that makes you so mad.....I have no idea how this happen can someone give me an idea on things i may have done to cause this.I am 52 years old and i stay busy in the yard and in the house.I live in the country and have alot of animals.hope someone out there can help me.thanks Lois
