I have a herniated disk between l4 and L5. This happened 3 months ago.The shooting pains down my leg was unbearable. After the MRI confirmed my herniated disk, I had an epidural. That helped by about 85%. Most of the pain was gone, but I felt more numbing and tingleing than before the shot. I went on to therapy and that made things worse, so I had another shot. This time, the effect was not as dramatic. I feel that I am getting somewhat better, but so slow. My Doc said surgery should be considered if this doesn not work. SHOULD I WAIT A LITTLE LONGER (IT HAS BEEN ONE WEEK SINCE MY LAST SHOT)
