My son just took that RAST test and it was conluded that he was allergic to pretty much all nuts with the exception of almonds. We were told to stay away from them anyways. He also tested positive for an allergy to crab and soybean. We gave him Tuna today in a Tuna caserole and he threw up about 3 hrs later. I guess we are just frustrated b/c this test didn't tell us (wife & I) that he was allergic to Tuna as well (at least that is what wee think why he got sick). My question is, is there a test out there that goes beyond just testing a few fishes and nuts? Is there a test out there that goes much more in depth?
