i too had recurring ringworm, becouse i worked in a daycare were the children were bringing it in. i had ringworm for about 6 months on difrent spots on my body, after months of the 2 times a day treat ments i started doing this 3 times a day i would wash with soap and water and then swab with alcohall let air dry then put the treatment on and bandage(becouse of my job)when i was not working i would let air out but everynight i made sure it was coverd and couldn't get in my bed. and never wore the same shirt 2 in one cleaning. i had to get rid of all my bath sponges and only used liquid soaps. wash all fabrics that you have been with. i after that the ringworm whent away within a week after all this but i still used the med just in case. now it has been a year and im ringworm free. good luck
