I have had dry eye syndrome diagnosed during the last few months and am fed up with having to use drops and ointment at night and no longer being able to wear contact lenses. I'm thinking about asking for punctum plugs but whether they work or not seems a complicated matter! What type of plugs would you advise and does anyone know of any dry eye online groups in the UK (which is where I live? It's great to find this site and know I'm not the only one feeling frustrated with the problem! Good luck to you all.
