Hi i can relate to want you are talking about my son tyler is autistic, and had his tonsil and adnoids out in june of this year. tyler hate taking his medicine at first, then he start taking it. it was like a nightmare in the hospital, he stayed overnight because he has a disability. but when i came home i used a small medicine dropper that i could squirt a little medicine at a time in his mouth and that seemed too work. tyler wasn't too crazy about dairy products either,so he ate lots of apple sauce and most of all he drank koolaid and gaterade.Have you tryed insure or any other drink that could have lots of calories. well good luck i hope this helped you out some........ linda
