If you're still having pain with your cyst I would suggest going back to your dr. or going to an orthopedic hand surgeon and see what your options are. I also had a large ganglion on my left wrist which was causing pain even after 2 aspirations. I had the surgery and I'm now 3-1/2 weeks post-op and it feels great. Good luck!
